One of the most common questions fitness trainer Gavin Walsh gets asked by his female clients is "How can I get thinner thighs?"

To do this you have to follow 3 steps:

1. Get your body into a calorie deficit: Reduce the amount of calories you consume and also burn more.

2. Exercise: Ideally a combination of toning moves (like in the video above) and cardio.

3. The missing link: Address hormonal imbalances, specifically estrogen. You do this by reducing refined carbs.  Candy, sugary drinks etc.  And increasing your cruciferous veggies.
